The source for each stat is listed on each slide. If you go to those sites/sources and search for the relevant stat, you can find it.
A lot of information is also available from Expanded Ramblings (google them) and they link to original sources.

Hi Ray, I don’t have any data on Instagram users in Taiwan. The latest data I’ve seen regarding countries is:
1 – USA; 2 – Japan; 3 – Brazil; 4 – Spain; 5 – Germany.
