Instagram Action Blocked

You just got the pop up error message “Action Blocked” on Instagram. It says you gave your password to an app that violates the community guidelines. But you don’t know that you did! What can you do? How can you unlock your account? First, try resetting your Instagram password. Then check out this video, where I explain WHY this is happening as well as outline a couple things you can do to get your access back, hopefully sooner.
