If you aren't yet using Instagram, you might be curious to know how it's being used and who is currently using it. And if you're already using Instagram, this information might help you target your strategy.
As Instagram continues to grow, their stats and demographics continue to evolve as well. I have spent a lot of time digging up the most current stats and information for you. And I'm sure I'll have to do an update post in a very short period of time with the constant growth we're seeing from Instagram.
But, here are the 20 Instagram stats that you need to know, right now...

I'm looking forward to seeing the Pew study results next year. The Pew study of Instagram demographics listed above was posted in February 2013 and based on 2012 data. I am willing to put a lot of money on the table that those stats will increase dramatically in the next study.
Instagram has shown greater and faster growth than any other social media site and it shows no signs of slowing down. And with the popularity of visual marketing as a top trend for 2014, now is the time to join Instagram, if you haven't already.
