I'm still reminiscing and celebrating the one year anniversary of Jenn's Trends. It has been such an amazing year and I'm honored to have all of you as dedicated readers. I honestly wouldn't be here today without your input, comments, shares, and conversations.

I have too many wonderful readers to thank all of you by name here. And I don't know how you would feel about having your names written out in a blog post, so I'll reserve the temptation to fill an entire page with all of your names. But you know who you are. And you know how much I value your time and support.

I can, however, fill a post with a bunch of the amazing people who have helped me grow my blog from a professional perspective. You're all public people and brands in your own right, so I'm calling you out!

In alphabetical order, here are some of the generous, supportive people who have helped change my life this year!

Mike Allton - If you haven't read Mike's blog, The Social Media Hat, you need to. This blog is a wealth of information that I can't live without. And I honestly think he has a couple clones since he seems to write multiple posts simultaneously every day! But in all honesty, Mike has been a big supporter since shortly after I started blogging. He has answered my questions when I've needed help and has shared my posts repeatedly with his devoted fans.

Brooke Ballard - Brooke has one of my favorite blogs to read. B Squared Social Media is full of valuable information, but I seriously love Brooke's writing style. She is so much like me that it kinda scares me. I love her sass and her wit. She has been a big supporter as I've grown this past year and I'm looking forward to doing a webinar with her for B2 later this year!

Adam Connell - Adam is another blogger who I recommend you check out. You can find his blog at Blogging Wizard. The blog is a great resource for all things blogging and social media. Adam has a great group of guest bloggers too and I was honored when he invited me to contribute to his blog.

Melonie Dodaro - Melonie is Canada's #1 LinkedIn expert and has a great blog at Top Dog Social Media. Melonie was the first person to ever reach out to me and offer me an opportunity to guest blog. I had no idea what I was doing but her team was wonderful to work with and made it a great experience.

Jim Dougherty - Jim manages the Leader's West blog which always has great content. Jim was kind enough to reach out to me when I was new on the scene and share one of my blog posts on his site. The traffic and exposure that blog post got shocked a little newbie like me and I'll never forget that!

Michael Fox - You can find Michael's blog at Classic Marketing Strategy. Michael and I connected a while back on social media and he's been a big supporter ever since. He is so supportive that he shares one of my Instagram blog posts every Monday on his Facebook page for their Instagram parties. I swear I owe a bunch of my Monday traffic to him!

Mary Green - This girl is the bomb! If you haven't read Mary's blog, Social Media Fuze, you are missing out. But beyond her blog, Mary is one of the kindest, most generous people I've met. She is always offering ways to help other people and has sent multiple opportunities my way just cuz she thought it was something I'd be good at. I still owe you, girl!

Wade Harman - Talking about generous people, Wade continues to surprise me. Not only have I had the opportunity to guest blog on his site, Bloggers Make Money (which is another really good blog to follow!), but he has been so supportive of my journey since early on. Wade was there shortly after I started blogging and has promoted me, advised me, and helped me grow. If you like my site design and theme, which I sure do, you can thank him for that too!

Mallie Hart - Mallie manages the Social Solutions Collective blog of which I am honored to be a contributing member. I am obviously grateful to Mallie for the opportunity to participate in the Collective, but she is also the one who motivated me to get my own domain and really grow Jenn's Trends legitimately. She's been there to help me grow and answer questions whenever I have them.

Kim Kline - Kim is one of my dedicated readers and generous supporters. You can find her blog at Access Profiles and she shares a weekly paper.li with tons of great content! For all the times she's shared my posts, I owe her big time! Kim is one of my most frequent commenters on my blog as well as social media pages. Her business acumen and insight has helped me grow professionally and helped me target many of my blog topics.

Sara Nickleberry - Sara has a great blog at Social With Sara. Not only is she a fellow contributing blogger at the Social Solutions Collective but she is the one who reached out to me and asked me if I would be interested in contributing to the Collective. If wasn't for her, I wouldn't be surrounded by such amazing people from this group of bloggers.

Yvonne Oakes - Yvonne reached out to me a while ago with a business opportunity. Yvonne can be found on her website at Ask Yvi and is a great resource for social media management. While the opportunity itself didn't flesh out, we have developed a friendship since then and she has been a great resource as I grew this year.

Amy Porterfield - I still think it's crazy that I've had the opportunity to meet such an amazing person and entrepreneur like Amy Porterfield. If you don't know where to find her (in which case I send you a virtual slap and insist you follow her) you can find her website at AmyPorterfield.com. Before I even started blogging I was listening to Amy's webinars and reading her blogs. And when I had the opportunity to meet her in person the first time (yes, I totally fan-girled) she gave me some great inspiration to keep me motivated.

Neal Schaffer - With books and speaking events all over the world, Neal is a great resource in the social media world (if you didn't already know that!). You can find Neal's blog at Maximize Social Business. The blog also includes monthly contributors which I am also excited to be a part of. I was honored that Neal invited me to write monthly posts about Instagram for his site.

Jeff Sieh - Jeff and I have only been connected for a short period of time, but in that time he has really helped me grow my blog presence. Jeff has been a big advocate of my blog and me personally. He has introduced me to many great new people and introduced me to a whole new world on G+. You can find Jeff's blog at His Design where he also shares a ton of great information on Pinterest.

There are many more people who have impacted me this past year and who continue to be a part of my world. I value each and every one of you for everything you do.

And for those of you newer to blogging, or even social media, I hope this helps you realize that it really does take a village! You can't do this on your own. It takes time, relationships, networking, and the support of those around you.
